In honour of Mental Health Awareness May I invite you to focus on untasking this week.  Where can you do less in your life? For example, stop listening to the news? Stop listening to audiobooks while driving or cooking? Stop studying self-development in every free moment? 

Dial it down for 1 week to see how you feel.  

Save this meditation to help you practice noticing where your body is sending messages from that you are doing too much.  

Body scans are a great tool you can use anywhere, anytime to check in with yourself to know yourself and your limits better.
